I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Can you try a few times described here, retrying the activation process a number of times, if it fail

That's just page 1 of this thread, there are no instructions but I have rebooted the puck a few times, same error.

MYSKY_2018 error
Trying to add Discovery+ and getting MYSKY_2018 error code. Get the same trying to open Sky Store. Anyone any ideas?

How do I fix this? Can open Sky Store

Can you try activating again as described in this thread answered post.

@lettice tried several times to access Sky Store and the Discovery+ app and get either 2018 or 1018 errors. Tried restarting puck too and still no joy

Are you still getting these 1018 2018 errors on activation of your apps on Sky Stream?
