The important thing is to make sure you BB is fast and stable enough. Sky's minimum recommended BB speeds are as follows:
HD = 25mbps
UHD = 30mbps
HD + 1 puck = 30mbps
UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps
These are the speeds needed at the puck or Glass and not that being received by the router which can often be significantly different.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe altnet ISPs that use sets of non determined UK IPs is a problem with Sky Q also, its not unique to Sky Stream.
We can escalate an customer, if their ISP is using such ranges, to add or investigate.
4g and/or5g home broadband works fine with Sky Stream and Sky Q if its using one of the EE, O2 or Three etc recommended 4g and/or 5g home broadband packages and dedicated routers.
One router that works well for many is the Zyxel range like the NR5103e.
