same here. Sounds works ok on my LG TV whenI watch iPlayer via my Apple TV, but if I watch any channel on Sky Stream using same TV then its out of synch. Really poor 😞

This has been introduced in the latest software update as well as a number of other issues. Seems like there is very little quality control before these updates are pushed out.

Not getting the lip sync issues on - QS021.007.00P but getting frequent audio drop outs now. Each update gets worse 😅

My Stream Puck updated to QS021.007.00P and it seemed to improve the delay issue on some channels though still not perfect as it was on QS020 but other channels still delayed pretty much the same. Then my puck upgraded yesterday to QS021.008.00P but my findings are the same as .007.

I have recently moved to sky stream and cannot fix the lip sync problem. Has there been any resolution yet!?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@ART67 The reason you are not able to give certain information and it gets blocked by the filters is that this is an open public forum of customers like yourself and you are therefore not conversing with Sky. It is basically a safeguard.

I also have the lip sync issue after the puck updated to qs021
Any solution?
Everytime the an update something breaks. Last time the frame rate now this. Getting really sick of sky.
