That's not a practical solution, we previously had all the Playlists together and were able to switch them easily without having to change settings every time we wanted to watch another, not everyone is tech savvy enough to change settings every time there is a different person wants to watch a program

Just speculating here but I imagine its to improve personalisation. Similar to how netflix makes you choose a profile on start up.

Perhaps a  logical feature suggestion would be the option to choose a profile when the TV first starts up just like all the apps do.

To be quite honest the Playlist function was an easy option as it was, they are just complicating something that was already fit for purpose and it's current format where you have to search to find an option to watch your playlist that was set for simplicity is not, I have requested to leave the trial because of this and they say it can take up to 3 days to do.

Since this trial started I have barely had any channels or ability to watch something via watchlist. All I get is a message at the top of the screen saying technical fault.

Since the start of this trial I have problems with slow reaction times. It's as if my remote control has suddenly stopped working properly. But the puck is also crashing and freezing and needing a complete reset. When the box does seem to start working, that's when you realize there's no channels working or apps don't work. Clicking on a show has the same result. They all go to a black screen and at the top it's says technical fault. Try again later. 

Can anyone shed any light on what I'm doing wrong?

So my tv updated it self while I was watching a programme and I have the new style Home Screen 

First impression is the no preview on the channel list.

You can no  click to preview in the small screen it just shows your present programme.of you click 

on a channel it goes straight to the channel without a preview not sure I like this 

why even bother with the screen in screen if no longer give a preview ?

I'm not sure if it's a feature or a technical glitch but you are now required when you press the plus button to 'add to playlist' to then select add to watchlist so effectively your having to request it twice before it's actioned - what makes it more difficult is the fact at the top it states + add to playlist so it makes it confusing as to what button you need to press when there is only one option anyway thinking maybe it shouldn't show this screen and jump straight to watchlist rather than having to re request every time
