Ever since the new update has been added to my sky pucks the fast forward has been really bad, you fast forward on x12 which is the usual one I use, it fast forwards for a couple of seconds and then it it freezes fast forwarding, then it does that again, and repeats this until you press play again, can this be fixed please as it rather defeats the purpose of it being called 'fast forward' if it is really slow

I am also feeling annoyed by this change as there are some favourites in the "What's on now and next" - think it's about the first 20 so might have to cut my favourites down

Why is it that there appears to be no one answering any "issue" related posts in this forum. Only ppl talking about how the new system looks or what they like or don't like. 

My system won't even turn on most days without a hard reset on the box first. And even then it's a 50/50 if it'll work and allow us to watch anything. 

im dropping out the trial as this is ridiculous.

@Dazlee21 the community managers do not work over the weekend but they will pick up issues once they are in next week and will post then where necessary. The development team are likely to be monitoring posts as well but cannot post replies.

Hi- since update programes I'm adding to the watchlist aren't downloading-such as I added the darts to it and when I went to try to watch it there's no actual recording of it-before I would add to playlist and it would download as the program started so I could catch up with it and 2 days running I've had to wait until the next day for it to be put onto itvx?

Hi- it has as far as I'm aware-it automatically changed a couple of days ago. There's a recordings feature now but no actual way to set anything to record-just gives the option of add to watchlist which doesn't seem to be the same feature as add to playlist.

@Yoghurt Have you actually registered to join the trial?, if you have you will know straight away if its updated as the home screen layout has completely changed

@Yoghurt  Did you sign up for the OS2.0 trials and get a pre trial survey? , if no you won't have OS2.0

If you did sign up then the rollout is still in progress.

Also there is an image in post 1 of the thread, does your home screen look like that?

I didn't get a confirmation, but I signed up - and got sent a pre beta survey? I assume I'm in, just waiting?
