Hi Sky Q. I'm trying to sign into Paramount plus (which I'm told I've got an account for already through my sky package) but losing the will to live. For the past week I get a message through the Sky activation site that 'you can't do that at the moment, we hope to have sorted soon'...! What's going on? 😡

Try clearing all the Cookies and cache in your WebBrowser and then try activation again.

@oldfella , we already had it and watched it months back however, now it's saying to log in but not accepting anything. Through the Sky Web site it just keeps saying they can't do that now, we hope to have it sorted soon.

Re Paramouint + I'm having the same issue and keep getting a message saying We can't do that at the moment. We hope to have everything back to normal soon. How can I resolve it please?

I had paramount on old sky box with sky cinema. Now got sky q to et a fuller use and expeience. paramount logged in but sayd account not activated. I have tried
1) rstart and re set on box
2) softwar down load
3) software down load and reset
4) sky help line have done it from there end. 4 times
any help would be appreciated.

@bigvern @jesterevil I finally resolved the issue by complaining to Sky that nobody had got back to me. It turned out that my Sky ID wasn't set to my Sky account and someone helped me put that right. I then had free access to Paramount + Hope you can resolve it

im getting this message & Sky helpdesk said to try again tomorrow! If it doesn't has anyone got a discount on cinema package due to missing content?
any more help getting sorted appreciated, the Sky q paramount plus app says I'm activated but cannot get passed this point

This is still happening. Got fibre broadband yesterday and accepted the offer of free sky cinema . Now trying to activate paramount + but don't have a QR code reader and no matter how I try either through SkyQ or using the Sky.com activate link which doesn't work .
I've tried signing up to paramount + and just end up at the payment screen where no 0£ offer is available.
This is ridiculous that it's still happening after so long .
@Sky team get involved please .

@Ron64 - I assume that this involved lenghty telephone calls to Technical Support?
I have been unable to Activate mine since it became available (yes, that long!). Tried Sky Support and even P+ support but never any resolution. At one point, I cancel Cinema and a month later signed up again but still no go with activation on Sky Q box.
@oldfella - any suggestions? Is it possible that my Sky ID is not correctly linked to my Account - if so, how can Sky Support be so incompetent, that no one can fix this for several years now??
