Sky multi room fault
Sky multiroom has stopped working, Sky Q box is working fine but black screen on multiroom with message no satellite signal, have checked cables rebooted as per instructions and still the same message.

@Chancy when you say you have rebooted did youbrebbot the main Q box then reboot the mini boox ?
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Yes followed the sky instructions , main Q off, mini off, both for 3mins then started with main Q when that was complete then mini.

Look out for a chat bubble at the bottom of your screen inviting you to a chat
If you are using the Safari browser please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the chat bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
