I am still getting about 10 posts a day, sometimes more, on this issue. I am fed up with it. I just want to stop receiving notifications on this sunject as i have been geeting them for sometime. now and i no longer have a problem with Netfilx. Is solution to this problem nearerto be resolved or do I have to unsubscribe to Sky Community, which is not my preference or ideal, but I will do so if it means me stopping receiving these notifications

I pressed the 3 dots on several of the posts but it only says subscibe no mention of unsubscribe. Am I doing any wrong. I have received over 50 notifications on this subject since trying to unsuccessfully unsubscibe. I do not know when I originally subscribed to this post but it was definely a few months ago
Thank you for any hyelp as it is getting ridiculous

I have done that on this specific post and unsubscribe does not appear. Is there a problem with this specific post as see Post 2 here from Lisa a Sky Employee saying they are aware of the issue

No I have not done that. Nothing appears anywhere to allow me unsubscribe on this specific post. I have taken this action on another post a little while ago and it then allowed me to unsubscibe

No refund. You are paying for the Netflix service which does work. It's the free app on Sky Q which doesn't. Just use the free Netflix app on any other streaming device.

What other streaming device? I only have a Sky box with which to watch Netflix. So youre suggesting I purchase another device to watch a service Ive paid for with Sky?!

@PAC1982 fair comment but how are you posting on Sky Community you must have a device that connects to the internet Mobile Phone, Laptop PC Tablet all of the above allow you to install the Netflix app just log in with the Netflix account linked to your Sky account
I pay Sky for Netflix it doesn't mean I have to use the Sky Q box to access Netflix regardless if the app is working or not
