No/bad signal

For a few weeks my picture has been freezing/pixilated like it does when the weather has been really bad and mainy the the bbc channels which often has no signal at all. Its not all the time but happens multiple times in a day. Some days are worse than others. I have checked cables and they look OK. It all started all of sudden one night.

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.
