Sky Q cables disconnected and can't get a signal

 Handy man unplugged all the sky q cables into wall in my flat and I don't know how they went back. Think there was 3 plugged in. The chunky silver thing doesn't fit anywhere else and moved everything else around but still keeps saying no satellite signal. Sky couldn't help and have booked an engineer for 31st July :-(. Anyone know how they go?

@Helen140  I would presume the cable with the blue ring should be in either Sat 1 or Sat 2.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@GD1 have tried both combos. I've just given up after moving them around for 2 hours. Will give another go and see what happens.
