This would be acceptable if you had to do it once and then that was it. But I have to do this almost every day. That is not acceptable service from Sky or  Netflix.

Netflix won't work. I just get a black screen with Netflix across the middle and a rolling ciircle

My netflix won't load. I'm getting a black screen with Netflix written across the middle and a rolling circle underneath. It looks like it's trying to load but doesn't go any further.

I've tried to sign in on my laptop and it says it doesn't recognise my email address with an account but my sky app says netflix is included in my package and it has worked until recently.

I have reset the router and SkyQ box but I can still not get the Netflix app to load, its been weeks now.

I was unable to access Netflix on one of my mini boxes. The red circle was endlessly going around. I carried out a reset and now have not got any apps on this mini box. Please advise.

Come on sky. Get this fixed it has been goind on long enough

 

if i power cycle the sky box then nrtflix will load after a short period of the spinning red circle. Exiting netflix and re-entering it again loads straight into netflix without reloading the red circle suggesting to me that the netflix logon details/veeification have been cached. Loading another app such as disney+ or prime video means that a subsequent load of netflix results in the constant spinning red circle. This also suggests to me that the other apps are overwriting some of the netflix cacheched information. This has become so annoying that i have purchased a remote control power socket to allow me to easily power cycle the sky box if i want to watch netflix. This is not to the standards i expect from a premium service like sky
