@AH43 @Annie+UK

I have moved your post to this large topic where this issue is being discussed in the Sky Q forum. There is a possible fix here in the second post:

Re: Netflix Won't Load / Spinning Circle

Actually I called Sky and after following some instructions over the phone it is now sorted and loaded as it should. He said problems have existed since Netflix upgrades and as I have an older sky package the apps on my box needed resetting.  But result is it's fixed 👍

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch

On step 7 - you say "sign out of Netflix on the Q box"  how the heck do you do that?? You can't sign out of Netflix because the red circle is still spinning - ?? 🤔🙄🥴

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch

Same, I can't do anything. Sky told me to watch Netflix on my app on the IPhone while going into another app like BBC I player, watch that for a few minutes then try the tv. This worked once or twice and hasn't done so since. I've been watching on my phone for about 2 weeks 🙄

You can ignore that so instead do this:

Reboot SkyQ box by turning off at the wall or plugging out for 1 minute.

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch

Followed the instructions as per - at step 7 I just closed sky and rebooted the box (mains switch off for around 5 minutes) switched back on - Tried Netflix and 'behold' it's back on !! So, follow the instructions at the beginning of this thread but reboot the box at 7. Good luck !

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch

I get the spinning circle on my SkyQ box but not on my three mini boxes.

Netflix hasn’t been loading for over two weeks. We’ve tried software updates

Netflix logo is showing, with red spinning circle below like it is trying to upload

Re: Netflix: Red Spinning Circle on Launch

in terms of reset it's the one that's posted further back in this thread. Basically signing out of the account on a mobile device and then switching off at the mains and switching back on again. It works but how ridiculous is that that you have to do it every few days?and in terms of tech problems taking time: if Sky and Netflix actually cared, they would sort it out as a priority. Does anyone from Sky actually look at this column? it reads as though this is unofficial Sky facility. Being it says sky.com the end. What is the status of this community? Does anyone from Sky actually look at this and try and resolve things? But they are just happy to take the subscription fee every month and let everyone stare at a red circle for literally hours on end instead of providing the service.

Where are people still seeing the mistake step 7 which got edited/fixed about 5 days ago?

Netflix app issue

I can't always access my netflix through the sky Q app. It won't load, it is stuck on the load screen, so I have to watch via my firestick. It's not a huge issue, just very annoying. Has anyone else had this issue? I'm unsure if it is a netflix issue or a sky Q issue.

@elizabethlyson

Do you mean you're just seeing a red spinning circle?
