Please resolve this issue there are 100s of threads with multiple people having the same issue. Something needs to be done on your end about it. Its extremely frustrating when netflix only works/loads sporadically and then also when it does load it knocks off when you select something to watch and brings you back to the sky home screen.

I know exactly what you mean its so annoying ive had to resort to using my tv remote instead clicking on my netflix button works everytime...so I'm loading it using my smart tv.
Like you with my sky remote it occasionally works...then sometimes starts buffering.
Hope this helps..

I got so fed up of my sky remote not loading netflix ... i just use my tv remote hit the Netflix button so i do it through my tv ... you just have to get used to using a different remote ... works every single time... so if you have a smart tv bobs your uncle it never fails!!.. hope that helps xxx

It seems that whenever you try to use Netflix at peak times it just buffers and buffers and doesn't load. Going through the suggestions makes no difference whatsoever. If you get up at 3 in the morning it will almost always work. Which indicates to me that sky don't have sufficient access to Netflix network to cover the demand during peak times.
Which is not good enough for a paid application.

Just reactivated my Netflix Account. Can see it on the webpage, but Sky is red wheel of death. I've turned off the "Test participant" flag, but nothing has changed
26 Nov 2023 10:24 PM
Yes, I turned off test participation and followed the instructions.
As noted in other posts apps refresh takes a while. Netflix is working again now, but this isn't the first time, will be trying another user's suggestion of using through on demand.
However when you subscribe and pay for something through Sky, you expect it to work, not keep buffering forever and not to have to phaff around with workarounds and such.

Having the exact same issue. Sometimes it works sometimes it just stays on the Netflix screen and won't load. Spoke to someone from sky they said to turn off box from the wall for 30 seconds which I did.again, sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. Ive reset the Internet from the sky q menu this hasn't resolved it. Its really frustrating. I've had it on this morning now it won't work again

All of a sudden I can't connect to Netflix. I have been using Netflix for years but now when I try to access it I just get a spinning circle and nothing happens.

as already stated this does not work, you can unplug the box and the modem, wait 5 mins, turn them back on and it may work or may not, you can reset the applications (can take upto 24hrs) which means you wont have any workign apps till they finish refreshing and it still may or may not work.
Its just trial and error, keep plugging the launch netflix button and hope it actually works (99% of the time it will not). It is a problem on sky's end and they just fob you off with the usual standard its your side not us and the standard reboot your systems.
