Never will - it's intrinsic with dish transmission.
The Q box does have many apps and catch-up that allow you to access most material without a dish. Some of them allow live channels, such as iPlayer. Not quite glass/stream but close.

My sky is back on.

same here...now the snow has stopped.
Must have been blocking the satelite signals in heavy snowfall.

Some of us can't get fast enough broadband speeds for live 4k streaming.

Unless that changes, or you stick to HD streaming perhaps, you're stuck with a satellite service, then. That is, until the satellites expire at around the end of the decade.

I had no sky reception via dish and could t even watch recordings from my planner. Rebooted Sky Q box and all now working so even if snow an issue try a reboot.

Satellite signal is down. Bad weather and I just have to accept it. Well I'm not happy because it is a live football match I'm missing

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out morePresumably the bad weather is snow or low cloud cover so your post has been moved into this thread on the subject. Unfortunately there's nothing you or Sky can do about it.

I've not had a satellite signal since turning the TV on at 4pm. Can't see how it's the weather as there is no snow on the dish and there is no wind. Had this problem a few weeks back and an engineer came out and said it was because we had too many recordings! I've only used 18%!
