I have checked with my neighbours and they are not having problems with weather, was interested to find out if anyone else is?

Your signal is likely to be affected if snow lands on the dish, in particular the LNB but should return to normal as soon as the conditions improve. Don't necessarily try to brush it off as accidentally moving the LNB will then necessitate an engineer visit to realign it.
In addition to what @Daniel0210 says cloud cover / thick snow in the direction of the Satellites can also affect the signal which will improve when cloud/snow gets thinner
