I have checked with my neighbours and they are not having problems with weather, was interested to find out if anyone else is?

In addition to what @Daniel0210 says cloud cover / thick snow in the direction of the Satellites can also affect the signal which will improve when cloud/snow gets thinner

Hi, mine also went down about 1.50am, there are a few people now with no service, hope it's sorted soon!

Mine is currently down too, I noticed around 2:30am and is still down now at 4:30am.

Your signal is likely to be affected if snow lands on the dish, in particular the LNB but should return to normal as soon as the conditions improve. Don't necessarily try to brush it off as accidentally moving the LNB will then necessitate an engineer visit to realign it.
