An engineer's visit to install sky Q is due in a few weeks. I have received a sky Q hub which says to install it immediately. If this is necessary I was not made aware of it by customer services. Also I am unable to find an activation date on any of the boxes.

@Cazanna if you don't feel confident installing the new router then it won't make a difference if you wait until the Sky engineer arrives
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
