installation of box

Hi, im thinking of getting sky which requires just the box, does an engineer have to come and connect this?  thanks

If you are referring to Sky Stream, then no there is no engineer support for it. Its complete customer self setup as you only need to connect it to your internet and your TV.

Is it possible that the box can be sent to another address if we arent going to be available to accept?

Unfortunately not - Sky will only only allow the courrier to deliver it to the registered address.
