Mine has just come back on in the UK had the same problem but let it connect then try watch and it worked

Ps Amazon etc is fine and also works on the phone, Netflix issue😞 Prime it is then🤣

Update: Netflix has just started working again in my Sky Q box but not iPad.

I'm in Wales (uk) have same issue via sky but I'm able to use different account not linked to sky on my phone

Same problem with Netflix. Not a connection problem as all other streaming services are working fine through the Sky Q box.
