Broken Remote control

Hi, my remote control has broke so will need a new one as I can't use the sky box q now 🙁

Would suggest trying to repair your Sky q remote as described in this  Sky q help article;
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/fix-remote

 

If none of this helps, on the last page of that article, select 'I still need help' and you can order a replacement remote  via the online form.

(It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare).

I am not happy cbuying one when I was advised I would get one free
