Easy fix, cast from your mobile. I'm having the same issue. I do not have sky. Network is fine also. Defo a Netflix issue

I knew how you can use it go to

1-TV settings

2-Network 

3-Advanced settings

4-IPv6 Put it on disabled mode

5- Restart Netflix and it will work for you

I have same problem with sky glass , only just got tv , same issue on I pad going round in circles unplugging tv and router nothing works . Came on here as I saw the exact code , everything else working perfectly .

Can play Netflix on phone by using data online (other providers). It'd be the problem of sky network.

Ironically was anyone watching LEAVE THE WORLD BEHIND ? 

But yes cast from mobile. 

•sign in on mobile and hit the rectangular cast button 

• open app on TV 

• Hit play and good to go. 

I'm back in using this method.

It will come back on soon hopefully was down for a few hours in the uk keep resetting tv

I'm not on Sky but same issue. Seems its a Netflix issue as I have rebooted Humax box, computer and router and no resolution.
