Ours went down about an hour ago. 

It said check connections and reset router which I did.   Nothing. 

 

It must be netflix but it works on my phone.

Same here too, went down same time on my smart TV (don't have sky glass) works on my mobile, reset router, logged out of Netflix even factory reset my TV. Still not working

 I have a same problem with netflix but also with YT and Prime video. Nothing is working, help please. I am in France

Exactly the same been resetting everything for over an hour and it's driving me mad

Don't think it's Sky, must be Netflix. I don't have Sky and Netflix still isn't working. Prime is ok and everything else, it's just Netflix. I can't get Netflix on my phone either 😡

It isn't sky I don't have sky only Netflix on my now tv stick and my phone I have no access on both devices it can't be the internet my connection is fast I live in uk

I've got the same issue with my I phone though. 
can log into Netflix no problem and see all the shows there just like the tv but as soon as you click to play , it's says can't connect to Netflix. 

I've signed in and out which is what Netflix say to do .

Same error code here on Samsung smart tv in U.K. internet connection good. But locks into network connection testing cycle and reports speed fast. Can't delete Netflix app but have reinstalled it - zero effect. Must be a Netflix issue?

Netflix error tvq-pb-101(1.9.0) is showing on my Samsung smart TV gives menues but errors saying we are having trouble please try a different title but my tablet gets connected ok over the Internet looks to be an issue with sky/Netflix streaming service
