Smart tv, Samsung. Also using fire stick. Can play Netflix on phone on same network. The issue just started today.

Never heard of Sky till I found this thread, I've got error codes from Netflix on every device except phone, def Netflix issue

Am on an LG Smart TV in Ireland. Same thing as others. All OK on other devices including computer. Is this just happeining in Ireland? I doubt it.

 

Must be smart TV app - which I imagaine is developed by Netflix. Must be someone in Netflix who said Ooops in the past hour who knwos what happened...

Did anyone get this resolved? It has just happened to me. Same error code. Same issue on TV but fine on other devices.  Stuck in the same loop of checking network connection, which is fine but won't play anything on Netflix.

Same issue  on my LG and Xiaomi box, mobile works fine, and I'm from Malta.

Same here. Stopped at 11pm. Restarted router and tv multiple times. Nothing working. Ended up on this forum because the only place this exact error code appears.

I am having the same issue, I'm in the US. Was playing fine then suddenly got an error. It plays on my samsung s22 ultra and computer but not on either tv ( 1 samsung and 1 toshiba) nor is it playing on my XBox, PS4, or ps5

Well I just checked on downdetector, there have been 20000 reports of error in the last 1/2 hour (usually there are maybe around 5-10) so clearly that's a pretty widespread issue right now and I don't think all of our network connections and TVs magically failed all at the same time. So it's definitely a problem on Netflix side. Question is how long it's going to take them to fix it

Zelfde probleem in België en zelfs om het gratis nummer is er geen spraakondersteuning beschikbaar. Was Netflix aant kijken en bij overgaan naar volgende aflevering kreeg ik de melding. Alle handelingen uitgevoerd zoals aangegeven maar niets helpt.

Same thing happened to my Netflix as well. It was working until 30 min ago maybe, and has stopped. I have tried everything as but without result. If anyone knows how to solve this, please let us know

Netflix has been down for everyone for the past 2 hours, mine is doing the exact same 😞

Definitely not what we need on a Monday evening🤔

Also from Malta - started 1hr ago.. smart TV tried everything they tell me to try.
