I've tried sky, Samsung tv, apple tv. Both my broadband connections and mobile netflix app on 3g and wifi. All broken.

Seems to be an issue on netflix Side (considering the error started to show up for multiple users circa one hour ago and was not listed before).
All steps for troubleshooting from their instructions and web were Not usefull.
Tried to call an netflix support from app on mobile but their robot voice on the other line was so laggy it was not able to finish sentence.
Hopefully netflix Will sort this out quickly.

I am with sky and have same issue but seems must be Netflix

Same here, we have uninstalled twice, turned router off twice, cleared cache on xbox, uninstalled a couple of games, restarted xbox too.
Netflix works on our phones though.

Have Samsung smart TV, not sky and I reinstalled the app on the TV and still no different so it has to be Netflix server or something related

Same here happened at midnight, been trying to fix it for 45minutes on a smart TV. Every other device works fine, including phone and browser on computer.
Swapped to different WiFi connections, turned off and restarted everything, also swapped power connections and removed any other box connected to the TV.
Nothing works, hoping it's a bug in their system if everyone is getting this on a TV...

Same issue on my LG and Xiaomi box, on my phone works fine. I'm in Malta, for sure something Netflix related.

It is 3:47 pm my time, Netflix is giving me the tvq-pb-101 1.9.0 and and the u7111-1331 on the computer. My phone seems to be the only thing that will play Netflix? I have restarted router, tv, it's the same on firestick, roku, ...ugh it has to be Netflix! I hope they fix it fast!

I have the same issue, cleared up some space as box was 89% used, now 56%, rebooted, still the same issue, keeps doing speed test which is at 400mbps, works on the phone

Same problem here.
Brand new Sony Bravia TV
Using internal app
No external.
Network is fine with 300mbps.
Tried all the solutions from Netflix help Center, nothing works.
Must be a server issue

Same problem here, nothing to do with sky I think it's Netflix

I was watching something through Netflix on my sky glass tv, then it came up with a network connection test that said I wasnt connected I reset my tv and tried again
Whenever I try to watch something it does the test and says I'm connect then goes to a screen that says my speed looks good I've got 67mbps
I press the button that says try watching and it goes back to the checking connection screen
I've tried restarting the app, logging out and reseting my router and TV but it's not working
Netflix is working on my phone

I got here because I was getting the same error and symptoms.
I have CenturyLink and Comcast (Internet is a high priority in the house) the Roku is an old premier box that is normally connected to Comcast via WiFi.
Ended up trying to change to the Century Link connection and it works perfectly again.
Sus for sure, but I wanted to share.
