@rd61  This is a known issue which Sky are aware of, please see thread your post has been moved to.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Isnt this a linked issue? I have the activation error and cannot connect my mini boxes but I also have Xs against the Sky Go and Mini Box in the list on status.

Hi Daniel F. No the issue is still there. X on reconnect Mini Box & Sky Go. Clicking Reactivate has no effect

Is this a Sky issue? 

I cannot connect to mini box or Sky go?

Why delete my post there's no answers in any of the other threads. I posted in another one and was told by another "super user" nobody would respond that way so created my own.

just came down from work and saw this thread have tried my mini boxes and they are both working so it may be worth while trying again now 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

and cannot connect to apps Netflix etc

Would be intresting to see why SKY are hiding this issue and how many areas are effected by this issue

well its after 4pm and still same issue, however seems we are getting slightly different issues in that
I too have the 2 Xs in Sky go and Sky mini box on my main box, but apps are working fine for me.

Sky service states 'There are no known issues affecting your Sky TV service.'

and still i notice the https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus status page is all green with no issues shown as its been all day. what a load of rubbish that page is if they are not going to keep it up to date.
