@SKY1992bf well they are hding it here https://www.sky.com/help/servicestatus as "everything is Bon" when clearly it isnt, and where have they acknolledged it on here all i see is sky customers posting not sky support.

That may relate to it not affecting all Sky Q customers. Acknowledged on Page 2, post 29.

Same problem. Reset, unplugged everything. Reinputted broadband code, taken out card from main sky box. Still cannot connect to activation server. Instructions by Sky bot not comply with my menus.
can't book an engineer. Sky sucks.

@LeoLion68 An engineer won't be able to fix this issue

mine's working now. just did a reset for the 50th time and for some unknown reason it started working.

Mine has just come back online after a restart of the main box. All 4 ticks back and mini box came back online by itself

Restarted main box once again then all came back online, have no apps on mini box currently just hoping they will return at some point

I have refreshed apps on mini box and they have all come back.
