Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt sounds like your services were restricted due to missing a payment. If you've now paid AND set up a new payment method you still have to wait for your payment to clear into Skys account which shoukd be done in the next day or two.

Were you late in paying this bill so was your phone suspended because if you were late paying it then you will also need to set up a credit/debit card or a direct debit on your account.
