so i've currently got an iphone 15 paying for on my account, i've recently bought an iphone 16 for a family member for £25 a month. however this isn't on my account and i have no record of this phone on my account. what's happened? how do i pay for it? will it just come out of my bank along with my other payment ?

yeah, was on my sky account when i brought it, everything was set up with the same email etc

i will give them a call in the morning see what they say, i was on my sky account when i did it and it went through the same email address but will double check. thankyou!
