Cancel order

I have just ordered a phone upgrade and didn't do it correctly I wanted to upgrade not open another phone contract how do I cancel before it's delivered and order the upgrade

You'll need to call Sky asap to cancel the new contract. By then ordering again on your current mobile account you will undergo further credit checks.
