I have revived my new phone today.    Downloaded everything ok.   WhatsApp works. Mails etc.    but I cannot make or receive calls??

Hi @Emma540  there has been an issue the last few days at Sky, try putting your phone in flight mode for at least 20 seconds, take it out of flight mode and try calling.

Same here. We have 3 sky phones. All same problem as everyone describes. I've tried resetting settings. Turning on and off. And toggling aeroplane mode. Within an hour stops working properly again.

I am having same issue where phone calls not working / receiving. Switching on airplane mode on and then off also does not resolve the issue . Anyone can help ?

Totally unhelpful...

settings are all correct, restarted numerous amounts of time... no change!

i have had 4 days of not being able to answer or make calls... it rings, i answer phone cuts off... the caller id in invalid! I cant phone out to my family of friends! Worst timing NYE! 
what is actually going on, is there a network issue

Ours worked by turning phone onto airoplane mode for 10 seconds then off again. Thank you

I have had the same issues. Tried toggling airplane mode and restarting. Still isn't working

My Sky mobile has stopped connecting phone calls. I can always see 3-4 bars service and my bills are all paid but when I try to make a call it doesn't connect - I hear no dial tone, no voicemail, nothing. Also when people try to call me they have been getting an incorrect number message. My WiFi, internet, apps, everything else works as normal - just the phone calls! Help please!
