Try putting your phone into airplane mode for 20 seconds.

 

For Apple devices:

Go to Settings > Airplane Mode, then toggle the switch ON and OFF.

 

For Android devices:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Airplane Mode, then toggle the switch ON and OFF.

My mobile services are still not working it is cutting my call off as soon as I try answer it and they are being told my number is incorrect been happening since the 28th of December and still not working have tried all the advised steps and it is still not working removed sim, toggled the buttons reset, updated everything on the phone could someone please explain why this is happening no one can get in touch with me

Can't make calls

When I try to make a phone call all I can get is no dialing tone then it tells me I have called a wrong number. I have tried using all the family mobile phones and get the same outcome.

I have no connection either, I have done flight mode and even restarted my phone yet I still can't make or receive calls

Absolute rubbish - every time you make a call says you have dialled wrong number or the call cuts out - have complained to sky since Oct 2024 about their abysmal service !!

Mine has been like this for a few days now, turning airplane mode in and off has not resolved the issue

@Not-AHappyBunny  Your duplicate thread within the Sky Talk landline section has beren removed, a duplicate thread on another board is not helpful.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Give this a try:

 

For Apple devices:

I have the same issue. None of the suggested fixes work. This is my only communication outlet to contact my very elderly and in firm parents. Please fix as soon as possible.

Mobile network down

Our mobile phones have not been able to call out or receive calls for the last couple of days of days.

we have had no notification of the problem or when it will be fixed

Hi @JamesW1972  there has been an issue, try putting your phones into flight mode for 20-30 seconds then turn flight mode off.
