Phone not working in calls or out calls just disconnecting

My sky phone if someone phones me 2 rings and disconnects 

if I phone someone it does the same thing

Hi, everyone.

 

Thank you for your patience while the Sky Mobile team continuing working towards restoring service.

 

If you haven't already, please attempt the following to see if this resolves the issue:

 

For Apple devices:

Go to Settings > Airplane Mode, then toggle the switch ON and OFF.

 

For Android devices:

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Airplane Mode, then toggle the switch ON and OFF.

 

The above steps may vary depending on your device manufacturer, model, and OS version.

 

For now, I'll mark this post as the answer for everyone's awareness.

Turn phone off and then back on. Just had same issue with the wife's phone. Seems to solve it by turning off and back on hope this helps.

Same here. Rings in but says call ended on answering and won't let me ring out

Me 2 but my partner and daughter are both on sky one has an iPhone 15 and one as an iPhone 16 and they have no problems mine is an iPhone 15 pro?

None of our sky mobiles are working. Have full signal but just doesn't connect

Call issues

No incoming or outgoing calls are working!! Rang sky told to turn phone on and off, they would then call back. Couldn't answer call due to the issue

Yes I can't make or receive calls also, people's names coming up on phone but soon as click on answer it hangs up.

Issues calling with both phones. Cant make outgoing calls. Incoming calls from other networks look connected but cant hear anything.
