I am also having the problem, phone number says not recognised. I have tried manually selecting networks, doing the airplane mode on and off. Mobile data is working as can recieve calls on whatsapp and others. Just the mobile network calls. When I manully select Sky it says registered on network but still cant make or recieve mobile network calls

Phone won’t make or receive calls
We are experiencing an ongoing issue with our Sky Mobile service where my phone, my husband’s phone, and my son’s phone are unable to make or receive calls. This problem has been occurring since at least the 27th (the earliest date we are aware of). The issue affects all three devices and is preventing both outgoing and incoming calls.

Re: Phone not working in calls or out calls just disconnecting
No it hasn't been resolved. Day 3 of missed calls with no ringing, no connection to call out and calls that do make it through cannot be answered, and I believe text message also isn't working! Please tell me when this going to be resolved and what's going on? As your service checker is saying the service is good, which is clearly not the case, with so many people still with out active phone lines! We are paying a contract for this service and not getting it!
I need my phone as my son is vulnerable and often need help I'm so worried I'm not going to be able to get any help as we stand! It's dangerous especially for those who are vulnerable and in rural areas!

Re: Phone not working in calls or out calls just disconnecting
I have tried everything they have said however I refuse to factory reset my phone as I will loose too much, surely they should know what's wrong and be able to fix it as mine has been having issues for 5 days now

Cannot make it receive phone calls
I am unable to make or receive calls. If ringing out, it either just cuts off or says the number doesn't exsist. It's the same when anyone tries to ring me, it says that the number does not exsist.
ive turned my phone off, I'm up to date with all of my uploads. This is the second time it's happened in a week. My partner who is also with Sky is having the exact same problem

Hi, everyone.
Thank you for your patience while the Sky Mobile team continuing working towards restoring service.
If you haven't already, please attempt the following to see if this resolves the issue:
For Apple devices:
Go to Settings > Airplane Mode, then toggle the switch ON and OFF.
For Android devices:
The above steps may vary depending on your device manufacturer, model, and OS version.
For now, I'll mark this post as the answer for everyone's awareness.
