Ours have stopped working again. It's getting beyond a joke now. We need our phones to be able to call doctors nurses hospitals due to my mum been very ill.

Nope. Sky have a message up saying to turn airplane mode on 30 secs then back off. It doesn't work. Would rather they just said upfront there's an issue that they're struggling to sort.

Call connection

I'm unable to connect anyone through call with my number which is (removed).its been two days i'm facing this problem. From yesterday afternoon every call i try to made not connected to the person its just showing calling and afyer while its calling page is close. Please tell me what's gone wrong and try to fix it as soon as possible.

No mobilephone Access, calls out or incoming

Hi I have moved property on the 20.12.25. A home set was completed on the 24.12 25. But I cannot make or receive calls on my mobile phone.

Yes still having issues I've called sky and they have told me it's no issues there end. I explained I've done all the re sets etc and nothing is working and even explained we where not the only people having issues. At this rate me and my family will be changing to a different network at this rate!

Same. They say toggle airplane mode but that's made no difference to our mobiles - 3 sky phones

Ive spoken to sky via live chat today who have said the engineers are work as fast as they can to get the problem sorted. Ive informed them that if its not sorted quickly then I'll be leaving sky free from my contract as they are in breach of the contract. Ive also told them I want at least one month free service meaning I dont pay anything for 1 month. Advisor agreed and has put it down on my account. [removed]

Same still not working it's a joke to be fair they should be reducing out bills down for the days we have lost
