Return

Hello I have ordered a new phone as this one is not as reliable as I thought . The fingerprint scanner is still erratic and the battery life is not very good for what I use it for, is there anyway that they can take this when I receive my new one.

Is the faulty phone fairly new? Sounds like youve just ordered a new phone rather than completing a swap. DPD won't take the current one. If it's faulty and not being swapped you need to arrange a repair

As long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. You need to be honest and tell them it's faulty. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here
