Help to cancel SIm that’s lost???

My wife has lost her phone in Spain and I'm unable to get through to Sky by phone, is there an alternative way of cancelling please???

Failing that an option would be to use social media like facebook messenger.

Why can't you get through @Gaz1958  ? Are you in the UK or abroad ?

How long are you staying on the line for, ignore any questions asked by the bot and stay silent..
