Sky mobile roaming in Italy

I use sky mobile for Ireland . In Italy and have not been able to get any signal for two days . All I get is the satellite symbol.

will be switching mobile providers at end of my contract. Have had similar issues in the USA and the Uk . Useless outside of Ireland effectively .
