I have an account with Sky so I ordered a Sim card for my husbands new phone and set up a new account on line for him. The Sim card arrived and I popped in the Sky nano Sim card and went to activate it. The problem is that it will not activate despite going through the process. So, I click on activate sim and it comes up with the following: Before we do that we need to link the Sky ID to log in details to the account. It then says Link Sky ID ...Link mobile account to Sky ID so you can manage your account on line. It then asks you to provide personal details, surname, postcode, then it goes to another box where you can provide either billing details or credit card details. you input details you choose. It will then come up with a message to say that your account has been linked or already linked if you have gone through the process already. It then requests that you go to mobile home page. When clicking on this it takes you to mobile homepage. You will see activate Sim. In my case, it then took me through the same process again and repeatedly did this. There was no new pop up box for me to enter Sim activation code etc. I therefore can not activate the Sim card. I also need a new mobile number for my husbands phone.
