Mobile delivery issue

Today I face a a problem, order apple iPhone 16 pro max, delivery was monday that's mean today. But unfortunately they didn’t delivered my order today also they Email about delivery problem, so now I don't understand what happened with my order

I did. Track but they say said there some delivery issue appeared with my order. So I don't know what's the issue and how can I get my order back

All you can do is to call them to see if they know what the delivery issue is, it could be that there is a delay on getting the stock from the supplier.
