I still have no signal or data and cannot ring sky to solve this as I have no data. I have tried all the steps online but it is still not working

@Chloe-W22 I am currently in Gran Canaria and 2 sky mobile phones haven't worked all day. I see there was an issue, has this been rectified??

Yes they have been working fine since Saturday when we arrived, about 7.30am today it changed my time zone then stopped working. , still absolutely no service.

My daughter is in Croatia and had this issue a few days ago, and now it seems it has gone again. Can you clarify?

My wife and Son are in Holland, My sons phone works fine and has switched over Odido but my wifes Flip 5 refuses to work, Even setting the network to Odido manually and airplane mode is off, she has turned the phone off and on multiple times but only works on WIFI from the hotel

Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Hi currently in Corfu with no signal. Spend cap increased and data roaming on. Was on chat yesterday through WiFi for 2 hours. Not resolved. Please help

My wife got back and I put her sim in my phone and the sim still was not working, So I called sky and told them the sim was faulty and they said they would send a new sim out but may take up to 7 days to arrive 07/09/24, I waited a week and rang them back on the Monday 16/09/24 for them to tell me not only there is no sim card on the way, but they have no record of me ringing them..... So I fixed the issue by requesting the Pak codes of all 3 simcards I have and

they gave me 20gb data,Unlimited calls and texts, NO ROAMING CHARGES, and all it costs is £6 a month lol, and if you use the link you get £20 gift card, (no im not saying this to sell anything, Nor am i affiliated with smarty, Just sick of incompetent people and companies that just dont care about there customers) Sky mobile "Believe in better" .... More like Sky Mobile "You can do better"

Just open a Smarty account and switch, its £6 for 20gb and the signal is better here
