I'm glad to hear your services are back up and running, I see the support teams were able to resolve this within a couple of hours.

 

Thanks again for using the Community forum, where customers like you are on hand 24/7 (almost) to offer some fantastic advice and help on all things Sky-related.

Text not sending

Hey

 

So up until about 10 minutes ago I've been able to send and receive texts, now I can't. I can make calls though. Is this  Sky problem?

Mages error code sky 0 cannot srend text

My phone has been fine messaging and now coming up as error 0 sky why I need this as I text a person who is in a hospice and now cannot text all of a sudden

Yeah all 3 of us on the plan can't send messages

Error Code 38 when sending SMS

This evening I'm trying to send an SMS but receiving error code 38. I've tried restarting the phone to force network re-registration and also going in and out of airplane mode for the same reason but no change.


I'm also still periodically getting 'number does not exist' errors when making calls. Making calls and sending SMS should be table stakes for a mobile operator. Seriously considering moving elsewhere as need a reliable service. What can be done to fix this?

I have suddenly started to have this issue. I think it is only when I send messages to I Phones.

Having the same problem me, my mother and partner are all on sky mobile no text messages are sending checked the connections on the app but says mobile coverage and everything else is working fine I'm thinking it must be a network problem with sky
