This isn't isolated to a few postcodes, it appears to ve national, I'm in Kent

SMS sending seems to be up-and-running again for me.

Agreed I'm able to send SMS messages too

I'm glad to hear your services are back up and running, I see the support teams were able to resolve this within a couple of hours.
