this screen shows up when loading up the sky go app on Xbox Series S. Sound is coming out as if it isn't glitching but nothing is working

Sky go stuck on blue screen on xbox one can still hear audio only done it today not sure what's happened.

Same, mega annoying. I have tried re starting it a few times but no success. I'm hesitant to delete / re install incase it is just a temporary glitch.

Just performed a delete / re install and it seems to have fixed the issue..

Same thing here, my sky go working on phone device but on xbox its showing the same screen with blue squares in. Ive tried to power off and unplug fron wall. Plug back in and power up load sky, still blue squares and sound no picture at all.
Forceclosed app and opened settings deleted cache still problems. Delete the app entirely and cache, after a full removal and re-install the app is most definitely not working.
Looks like sky have messed up again with this epic streaming service.
Sky Go is somewhat **bleep** poor even whe it is working. Its long iverdue some changes.
I have paramount+ i have disney+ i have amazon prime video i use itv x and bbc i player many apps for streaming tv. By far the worst one is sky go.
Stop dicking about with firmware and software and people wont have any issues. Lets see how long i can not use this service for before it is fixed.
Abysmal SKY, for a multi billion pound empire your app is nothing in comparrison to other streaming apps.
Sort it out please

Workaround: As discussed in the thread, reinstalling the app appears to be working temporarily.
