I have sky go extra, had no issues with app on console till this new update 1.08.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:

Thank you for getting chat started. No fix as this could be an app issue as 108 was released and the next day ps had a system software update. So still no sky via the new sky go app.

Hi all, can I request a chat again for an update on the issue? It's been a week now and I still can't access sky on my ps4 and have tried ps5 with no luck. I may need to put an official complaint in as this is quite fustrating and no update from sky letting me know progress on a fix. Thanks for any help in getting a chat going again.

A they had passed my issue over to the app development team. But it's been a week now and I still can't watch sky at my house as I access it through my sky go extra connection. They advised me to switch to a mobile phone in the interim but I don't want to watch my tv on my phone. Plus it's allocated to other devices and that's not fair on my other household members. Sadly due to my setup the only way I can watch sky at my house because of trees and lack of signal is via the sky go extra device and it's not working on PS4 or PS5. 😩

PS5 console working fine on 27/09/2023 - now getting Error a18b42e2
Have tried removing device - uninstall and reinstall of app - logging on with email address?
Nothing working
ANy ideas?
