To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

Hi there,
as others have reported. I'm having an issue using Skygo on my Xbox.
I've been using it for years but I am getting a error message of a18b42e2.
I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled again and this hasn't helped

Is anyone able to help with this issue? I've seen other threads with this same topic, but they all involve being put in contact with a sky support staff
