Mine too.
Tried a soft reset. No change.
Tried unplugging the Sky Glass set. Waited 15 mins and the plugged back in. Still no TV guide

Experiencing the same problem. No tv guide. Wireless puck and wired puck and neither are working.

The issue is / was sky's side not a local issue to you.
Service seems to be restoring. I can now see TV guide but not fully populated.

Same here..... fingers crossed fix shortly so can watch the darts..... is there any compensation from sky if this happens.....

All, There are some technical issues tonight which sky are aware of and investigating
if rebooting doesn't work then there is nothing else that customers can do until sky fix the issue

There was an outage skys side and a number of threads on the community re this. Service seems to have been restored for some users, but it may be intermittent.
