How do you refresh the apps??? I have same issue and can't get any 'normal'

Same here - second time this has happened - can got to 4 app and stream channel 4 but no TV guide on Sky Glass

App refresh not doing it here. Apps work so at least Traitors will not be disrupted. 

These issues used to happen 2 years ago before I left Sky, just returned a couple of weeks ago and surprised to find this still happening.

Same problem. No tv guide. Rebooted twice. Tv guide now back BUT no channels will load.

Hi everyone, just to confirm that Sky are aware and support teams are working hard to get this fixed ASAP.

The Sky customer service line put me on hold for 5 minutes then just hung up. Now you go through the menu and it says they will answer as soon as possible, then immediately hangs up. Very expensive service to get this sort of treatment and no tv. This may be the end of me as a customer after 28 years!
