Got Newcastle game back on Q after 15 attempts while watching on tablet via sports app.

Had the same error code all night.

Managed to get it on by going through channels.  

Go on 401 and press the red button. 
Selected Man U game and watching it now..

are watching fine on the mobile app, just not on the TV and obviously not on the website as SKY haven;t given us that functionality yet!!!!!

If you go in via Sport (that lists the game) from home rather than via Sports + then red button it works

Mine has just come back on , had to reboot the system twice

And it should work through there.
