Technical fault on sky sports code DUG 1 id 3c736e - 30th October 2024

Had the same. Followed the above tip and it worked on our sky boxes:

Go to the game through the Sky Sports app that worked for me

I thought it was my sky Q box thank god it's not. Same error DUG1 but different id codes

Everyone getting different results APP on andriod works for me but none of the other red buttons or Apps do accessed from anywhere.  

At least the Leceister game is now on 412 plus near misses and goals from all the others

Didn't work for me unfortunately. Watching the United game on a 6 inch screen when I should have it on 55! Still, what's 49 inches between friends Sky! 

What is the point of Sky Go if not all of the football being shown is accessible on there? Seems absolutely ridiculous to have to go via Sky Sports app when Sky Go should be a perfectly viable platform.

Great, finally get beyond the error message and it defaults back to Man City  Tottenham - not great for an Arsenal fan🙄

Yes watched a bit of rangers Aberdeen. It says press red for catch up and same error so must be a massive fault at Sky HQ I've tried contacting them on X but no answer.

For the amount of money we pay for sports, this is beyond poor. I couldn't watch the Man Utd game on the TV, had to watch it on my phone because I couldn't watch it on any other device. Would have been better off finding an illegal stream - at least they work!

Sky have advised the issue tonight is now resolved.

Adding my frustration here too, though I got this error on both my Stream pucks.

The answer is not good enough - issue resolved after the games are finished. Could it be that there were too many connection attempts, and this is why its now resolved? A bit more clarity would be helpful.
