I've rebooted my SkyQ box ... several times ... still getting code DUG1 and id ee1a55. This is very frustrating!! Don't you think that, as a ManU fan, I already have too much frustration and anxiety without Sky adding to it?  Come on Sky, get your act together - it's the least you can do.

Yeah, but it's offered elsewhere on Sky Q, only via internet. Same issue across the board.

I don't think there is really much point in rebooting devices.  The issue is at the Sky server end.

Call into Sky tomorrow methinks. Have they issued goodwill gestures in the past for this? Trying to watch the United v Leicester game and can't. Why don't they just have dedicated channels (1-8) the same as TNT sports if this is clearly going to be an issue??

Joined Sky in the past month and far from impressed at the amount of freezing, pixelation and reboots with the Stream pucks.

Update software version on your box. I done this and once the software updates you switch box into standby it resets and it worked straight away.
