I restarted my sky glass and the factory reset my sky glass still same error.

Go to the game through the Sky Sports app that worked for me

This was the only solution that worked for me. Thank you! 20 mins missed of the match but glad to at least have the last 15! 
Not great Sky, we pay a lot for the service you offer. Not delivered tonight.

Seen on a previous reply to go through sky sports app on tv (Q), and that worked for me

Seems if it is broken, then it works on nothing.
